Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to coordinate logistics
Track freight movement and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
Prepare and manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Resolve transportation issues, delays, or disruptions as they arise
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve delivery performance
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and delivery activities
